We started because the industry needed something better.
The Works Services LLC was founded in Chattanooga in 2018 with a straightforward idea: homeowners deserve honest, skilled service from people who aren't trying to sell them something they don't need.
Too many home service companies train their people to be salespeople first and technicians second. We flipped that. Our technicians are non-commission, which means their only job is to diagnose your problem and fix it — not to pad the bill.
We're licensed for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work in Tennessee, and we've recently expanded from our Chattanooga home base to serve the Nashville market as well.
